Please read carefully before you consider applying. Thank you for your interest in our project.

You are applying to join a research project, which is operating in a culturally diverse country under conditions, which will likely be quite different from those to which you are accustomed to in your home country.

Field archaeology is physically, emotionally and mentally challenging.

Two weeks is the minimum length of stay (for pedagogical and logistical reasons).

Step 2:

This step is not obligatory. If you wish to share with us some more information please download the following form: Field School Application Form This form will help us to ensure that we have some idea of your skills, interests, strengths, and weaknesses prior to the beginning of the field season. It is imperative that we are aware as well of any special medical and dietary concerns, which you may have.

Step 3:

The ROMAN PROJECT Archaeological Field School will evaluate you application immediately and will let you know about the decision on your candidacy within a day.
If you are selected for participant we will send you our "CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES" document via e-mail.
You are expected to confirm your registration by sending us confirmation via e-mail and a signed copy of our "CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES" document by post as a registered letter.
After receiving your confirmation, we will send you invoice.

Notice! Now we required as a deposit only 30% of the total amount of our Standard Module (Module 1) or 374,4 EUR (approximate 589.84 USD) no matter what Module you have chosen or what discount is available for your application at the moment.
Your placement is reserved after receiving of your advance payment.
This amount is refundable by certain conditions specified in the "CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES" document!

Notice!

Don't forget to apply for your passport now if you do not presently have one.

Please leave a copy of your passport and airline tickets (Xeroxed) with a family member who knows how to use a fax and/or email. If you lose either/or, Embassies are getting rigid about who and why they give new passports to. So, they will ask that a family member fax them a copy.

To book a BAA additional course please go through the following steps:

• Decide which course you wish to book. Note! The additional courses are restricted to students of the "Roman project" Archaeological Field School only.

• Download the following form: Additional Courses Booking form

• Complete the Booking Form. Making sure to complete all sections of the form.
